3c(12 oz.) bread (or bromated) flour
1/3c(about 1 1/2 oz.) whole wheat flour
1pkActive dry yeast or fast rise yeast

Measure buttermilk into paking pan, then add butter or margarine, sugar, salt, bread flour and whole wheat flour. Sprinkle yeast over flour. Insert pan sercurely into unit.... Setting: Basic White Bread setting if using active dry yeast/+ medium baking degree setting; select Quick Baking setting, if using fast-rise yeast...ON the Quick Baking setting, the baking degree will automatically be set at Medium.
